My work with clients is centered on supporting them in understanding their stressors, mapping barriers, and setting meaningful goals that brings them closer to what feels right in their life. Together, we focus on their unique strengths and resilience to navigate challenges present in their life.
Areas of Practice
Individual Therapy
Your relationship with yourself is so important. During our work together, we will explore the ecosystem within your own world. We will sit together in the difficult realities, the illuminating ‘ah-ha’ moments, and through the seasons of what it is to be alive.
Couples Therapy
Relationships are all the things. Beautiful, complicated, illuminating, and difficult. Relationship therapy is no different and I am honored to be invited into a healing space with couples. I work with you to ensure that the support and care necessary for healing and growth is present.
Family Therapy
The most important relationship in a child’s life is with their family. Sessions are a hybrid of children + parent(s) and individual time. Our focus will be on building stronger connections, learning skills to manage behaviors, and creating cultures that foster emotional growth. I will work with you to understand what is working, what isn’t working, and to develop new skills.
